Pick your kick-off
Every session is game-based — less standing in queues, more playing football. Groups are small, coaches are friendly, and the first one's on us.
Saturday Mornings
Where weekends kick off. No block bookings, no commitment — just turn up with £5 and play. Three back-to-back sessions mean siblings of different ages are sorted in one trip.
Ages 3–5: giant games, tiny goals and lots of giggles — the perfect first taste of football. Ages 6–8: dribbling, passing and shooting through games they'll love. Ages 9–12: sharper skills, quicker thinking, bigger matches.
Weeknight Skills
Small-group, game-based coaching that gives every player hundreds of touches a session. Capped at eight players, so nobody gets lost in the crowd.
Ages 6–8 work on the fun-damentals — dribbling, passing, shooting and playing as a team. Ages 9–12 level up with ball control, passing accuracy, finishing and game intelligence. Sessions for 12+ players are also available — get in touch.
Kick On Girls
A girls-only session for ages 6–12 that's all about energy, friendship and fearless football. Whether she's football-mad or just football-curious, she'll be inspired, encouraged and cheered on every single week.
Pay-as-you-play at Gregson Lane Park — £5 a session, and the first one is free.
Bring her alongParents ask us
Does my child need to be good at football?
Not at all. Kick On is for every level — complete beginners, club players wanting extra game time, and everyone in between. Sessions are grouped by age, and coaching is tailored so every child is challenged at their own pace.
What should they bring?
Comfy sports clothes, trainers or football boots, a water bottle and a jacket if it's chilly. We provide all the balls, bibs and equipment.
How does the free first session work?
Simple — your child's first ever Kick On session costs nothing. Message Dan to check there's a space in the right age group, turn up, and see if they love it. No pressure, no obligation. Here's exactly what to expect.
Can they come alongside playing for a club?
Absolutely — lots of our players do. Kick On runs independently of local clubs, so sessions add extra touches, confidence and game time on top of club training. The more football you play, the better you become.
