Who we are
Kick On Football provides children's football coaching across Preston and South Ribble. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it. If you have any questions, contact Dan at dan@kickonfootball.co.uk or on 07715 620 272.
What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form on this site we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, your child's age and your message. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange or manage coaching sessions. If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, email or Facebook, we use your contact details for the same purpose.
If your child joins a regular session, we will ask for basic contact and emergency information so we can run sessions safely. That information is collected directly from you, not through this website.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a request you have made). Information needed to run sessions safely is processed to fulfil our agreement with you and to meet our duty of care.
Where your information lives
Form submissions are stored securely in our website provider's (Freedom Host) enquiry system, which only we can access. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or manage your child's place at sessions. We never sell your information, and we only share it with service providers needed to operate this website.
Photos and videos of children
We only publish photos or videos of children on this website or our social media with a parent's or guardian's consent. If you would like an image of your child removed, tell Dan and it will be taken down promptly.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or marketing cookies. Our hosting platform records basic, anonymous page-view statistics so we can see how the site is used.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see the personal information we hold about you or your child, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email dan@kickonfootball.co.uk and we will act on your request promptly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
